We pride ourselves on our problem-solving abilities. One challenging addition we built near the water required an innovative solution due to changing flood lines. We presented the idea of using large footings and concrete pylons attached to the existing sides of the building, allowing water to pass under and recede out. We also insulated and sealed the floor to prevent moisture. The client was very happy with the result.
